The Controls

For the steering wheel, I picked up a UFlex V61B Burlwood thermoplastic wheel.  

For the throttle/shifter, I picked up a UFlex B85 Single-lever Dual function sailboat control.  Nice and compact and low-profile.

For the control cables, I am using Teleflex Ultra.  The steering cable is Teleflex and it came new with the boat along with a new Teleflex steering rack.

For the switches, I found some nice pushbuttons on Amazon that were inexpensive, that light up.  Non-latching push-on button for the horn, and latching push-on push-off buttons for the NAV lights and headlights.  They all have an internal LED that you can light all the time or only when pushed, and I got a different color for each one.
